I'm Gonna be a Supermodel!

I had my pictures done today at Kiddie Kandids. The ladies there were fighting over who got to do my pictures because I'm such a stud...I can't help it.

BIG Day!

I was conflicted with whether I should call this post BIG Day or BIG Days! Today hasn't been very kind to me. Maybe mommy and daddy had a big day with me yesterday to soften the blow of today. Luckily mommy has me drugged up on Tylenol so I can sleep most of it away. She's also letting me cozy on up in her bed...ahhh...the luxeries that come of feeling like poop. I had a doctor's appointment today and had to get those same horrible three shots in a row. These were the last shots I'll have to get until I'm a year old, but the doctor did say that at my nine month appointment, I have to get a toe prick test to check my hee-mo something. He mo' what? Apparently they want to check if I'm more of something with my blood. If a girl gets the test done is it called She mo? Oh! My mommy just told me it's called a hemoglobin test. I guess it's to check to see if there are goblins in my blood. Anyway, I much rather prefer the one stick as opposed to the three!

The fun part about my doctor's apointment is that I get to see how much I've grown. I'm now 28.5 inches long (97th percentile), I weigh 20 pounds, 4.4 ounces (90th percentile), and my head is 45 cm. (80th percentile). I get my big dome from my daddy. The doctor also told my mommy to start feeding me baby food for lunch, and get this...I can start eating white meat! YUM! Thanksgiving here I come!

Oh! I haven't even told you about yesterday yet! Yesterday was so awesome! My mommy, daddy, and I went to Meridian Park and fed all of the duckies and geese bread. I didn't know birds liked bread...I wonder if they like sandwiches. Anyway, we got some pretty great pictures. Aren't we such a cute family? I don't think I ever want another brother or sister. They'd steal my spotlight. (BTW, if you look in the background of the first few photos, you can see the hospital where I was born)

After the park, we went over to my cousins' house. We had lots of fun together! My cousin Mikayla cracks me up!

Micah and I took our baths together. Mommy said she's going to use this to embarass me when I get older!

Micah's trying to get me to represent Hurley...

Photo Shoot

My Autie Jen and Uncle Kaleo have a really pretty backyard. Yesterday after our big day, it was still so nice outside, we thought we'd do a little photo shoot by their waterfall. Here's what we got:

Here are some more random pics my mommy took of me. She has been kinda goin' nuts with the camera lately!

Dog Farts

Joe: "Toby, did you fart?"
Toby: "Naw, it was Jack."
Jack : "Sorry guys, it was me..."
Joe & Toby: "Ugh!"
Jack chuckles.

Random Pics

I'm a big boy now, so I sleep on my side with my blankie!
I got my Halloween costume a couple days ago. I'm going to be a dinosaur, and my feet say "little monster". Mommy just had to try it on, so here's a preview. Better pics will be posted after our big Halloween bash!
What can I say? I'm a stud in my Polo!

Sitting Up

My teachers at school have been working extra hard with me at sitting up, and I'm proud to say, I'm pretty darn good at it now! I'm still a bit wobbly, but I can sit up by myself for quite a while. I love it! It's so much better than constantly staring up at the ceiling, and just look at the back of my head! It's no longer a pancake, and I have to say, the ladies are lookin'! Trust me, we've been getting lots of new girls at school, and they all think I'm da bomb.

Haircut

Mommy gave me my first haircut a few days ago. I know...you're probably thinking to yourself, "Why on earth would you give that baby a haircut already?!" The thing is, I love looking like a stud whenever I go out, and my hair was getting to a length where mommy couldn't spike it anymore because it was so long on top. I did cry a bit because I was scared mommy would make me look funny. We all know the stories about what happened when she tried giving her dolls haircuts when she was little. It was simple, though. She just snipped a bit off, and voila! I'm back to sportin' my "lookin' at the ladies" do, as daddy would say. Mommy even put a clipping of my hair in my baby book!

If I Could, I Would Vote for McCain-Palin!

Today was awesome! I got to go with my mommy and daddy to Colorado Springs to see John McCain and Sarah Palin (the future President and Vice President) speak. We had VIP tickets, so we were able to sit right up behind the stage in the bleachers. The place was packed!

At first I wasn't very happy because I wanted to take a nap. These snotty ladies kept giving me dirty looks (mind you, this was hours before McCain and Palin showed up), so I kept "accidentally" kicking them in the back. Oops.

I eventually fell asleep, but woke up just in time to listen to McCain's and Palin's speeches. John McCain is so cool. I can't believe all of the things he went through as a POW. He really is a true American hero.

Anyway, mommy and daddy are going to vote for them in November and that makes me really happy. I don't know what I would do if Obama became president. That man scares the poop out of me...literally. When I was watching him on TV at the DNC, I started crying and pooped my pants.

Well, here are some pictures we took today. Enjoy!

This picture is cool. All of those Dems who supposedly "love this country" showed their love by leaving these flags lying all over the ground at Invesco after Obama's speech. Luckily, many were saved before they were tossed in the trash. Those that were saved were given out to us, and I'm happy to say I didn't see a single flag on the ground when we left.
